2023 was our first year participating in Madison Vegan Fest. Prior to the event, we put a lot of work into improving and adding plant-based menu items. In July, we put on a plant-based cheese tasting event of different 15 plant-based cheeses. Even though we already had a plant-based cheese on our menu, we wanted to see if there was anything better available on the market. Madison Vegan Fest was the first festival we had ever been a part of, and thanks to our outstanding team, we felt like it went well.
