Delivery

We deliver within a 3.5 mile radius of Zoe’s Pizzeria. $20 order minimum. $3.49 Delivery Charge (This is not a tip to the driver).

Gratuity

A minimum 10% gratuity added to all orders over $200. Delivery charge is not a gratuity to the driver.

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

On Food:

Cancellations: The preparation of your order may begin immediately after your order has been placed, therefore we do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed.

Timed or scheduled orders may be able to be cancelled but are not guaranteed.  There are several factors that go into whether a timed or scheduled order may be cancelled including but limited to, special food procurement and special advanced preparation.  If you wish to cancel a timed or scheduled order, call the store and ask to speak with a manager to see if it is still possible.

Food Order Errors:  If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize.  Please let us know right away via in-person or by phone, and we do our best to correct your order. 

If we are unable to correct your order, you will receive a gift certificate in the amount of the sales price associated with the error.  We typically send these to your home address via USPS.  There is also the option to instead be refunded the sales price amount of the associated error via the credit/debit card you used.  If you paid in cash, cash refunds can only be made in person at the store’s main check-out counter.

Food Order Incomplete:  If you receive food that is incomplete from your receipt, we sincerely apologize.  Please let us know right away via in-person or by phone, and we do our best to complete your order. 

If we are unable to complete your order, you will receive a gift certificate in the amount of the sales price associated with the error.  We typically send these to your home address via USPS.  There is also the option to instead be refunded the sales price amount of the associated error via the credit/debit card you used.  If you paid in cash, cash refunds can only be made in person at the store’s main check-out counter.

Food Dissatisfaction:  Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest does not like.

Complimentary Food:  We do not provide a refund or cash value on any complimentary food.

On Merchandise: 

Zoe’s Pizzeria will accept returns on unused or defective merchandise within 90 days.  Merchandise purchased at Zoe’s Pizzeria will need to be returned at the main check-out counter at Zoe’s Pizzeria.  We guarantee your satisfaction and will refund your purchase price, with the following exceptions: 1. Gift Cards are non-refundable.  2. Event tickets are non-refundable.

On Abuse of Refund, Return or Cancellation Policy:

Zoe’s Pizzeria may deny or refuse service to any customer who abuses the refund, return or cancellation policy.
